Return Policy

Non-Seasonal products may be returned within 30 days at the customers expense as long as the product is in the same new condition as sold.

Seasonal products may not be returned after the following dates:

  • November 15 Fall Products
  • December 15 Christmas Products
  • February 1st Valentine's Products
  • 2 Weeks Prior to Easter for Easter Products
  • May 1st For Mother's Day Products
  • Any other Seasonal products will have the last return day listed on the product page.

A credit will be issued in the same manner as original payment within 48 business hours once the product has reached us and found to be in the same condition as sold.  It is the customer's responsibility to ship back to us in compliance with proper shipping procedures to make sure nothing is damaged or broken in the shipping process.  It is recommended during the hot months that candles are not shipped after Tuesday to prevent sitting in hot delivery stations and vehicles to prevent melting.
